Participant Waiver Form

In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in (the "Equine & Cattle Activities") and as consideration for the right to participate in the Activities, I hereby for myself in accordance with Rancho Corona/ Corona Ranch, in the County of Maricopa and State of Arizona wish to participate in said activities; use their facilities means of this waiver, I my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and participation in the Equine & Cattle Activity, and or hereby release and forego and discharge, located at Corona Ranch Rodeo Grounds their affiliates, managing member, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns for physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, that I may suffer as direct result of my participation in the aforementioned equine and cattle activity, including traveling to and from the event site to said activity and location.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE AFOREMENTIONED EQUINE AND CATTLE ACTIVITIES ARE OR COULD BE DANGEROUS IN NATURE AND I VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATE IN SAID ACTIVITIES WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF SAID DANGER – EQUINE & CATTLE ACTIVITIES ENTAIL, such as: Jaripeo, Charreada, Caladero, Coleadero, Escaramuza, Torneo equino, bull riding or Rodeo in general. I AGREE TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY AND ALL RISKS SUCH AS BODILY HARM, DEATH, AND PERSONAL DAMAGE.

I am voluntarily participating in the aforementioned equine & cattle activity entirely at my own risk. I am aware of the risks associated with traveling to and from as well as my participation. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless against any and all claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS COVENANT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT, I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A WAIVER (RELEASE) OF RESPONSIBILITY, AS WELL AS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN RANCHO CORONA/CORONA RANCH AND ITS AFFILIATES/ SUB ORGANIZERS GRUPO BARGAS LLC and/or TORNEO DEL DESIERTO AND ITS AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS.
